大型电站转子钢脱磷的工业性实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 本实验进行了平、电炉初炼炉脱磷及控制回磷。实验结果表明 :控制初炼钢水 [C]=0 .0 7%~ 0 .17% ,炉渣碱度 B=2 .5~ 3.4 ,渣中 (Fe2 O3 ) =5 .0 %~ 5 .7%、Σ Fe O=17.0 %~ 2 1.0 %、(Mg O) <9.0 %和 % Ca O/% Fe O=4 .0~ 4 .8以及采取必要的控制回磷措施 。 This industrial experiments were carried out as to dephosphorization during steel-making process for open hearth furnace and electrical arc furnace as well as controlling rephosphoration.It was shown from experimental results that dephosphorization effect could be gained by controlling several conditions as following:Carbon contents is between 0.07%and0.17%,Slag basicity should be at the range of 2.5 to 3.4.Fe 2O 3 content is between 5.0%and 5.7%.ΣFeO content is between 17.0%and 21.0%.MgO content should be less than 9.0% and ratio of %CaO to %FeO should be between 4.0 and 4.8.Some necessary measures for controlling rephosphoration should be adopted.
