通心络联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压97例

Treating 97 Cases of Essential Hypertension by Tongxinluo plus Nifedipine Retard

[目的]观察通心络胶囊联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压的疗效。[方法]原发性高血压194例患者按就诊顺序随机分为两组:治疗组97例,服用通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;硝苯地平缓释片每次10mg,每日2次。对照组97例,服用硝苯地平缓释片每次10mg,每日2次。记录每日血压变化和自觉症状、不良反应。[结果]治疗组总有效率95.9%,对照组为93.8%,两组比较(P>0.05)。两组治疗前后血压与血脂降低幅度比较(P<0.05或0.01)。[结论]通心络联合硝苯地平缓释片治疗原发性高血压在降压和调脂方面比单用硝苯地平缓释片疗效好。

[Objective]To observe the effect of essential hypertension by Tongxinluo plus nifedipine retard.[Methods]194 cases with essential hypertension randomly divided into two groups according to treatment： Treatment group 97 cases,control group 97 cases.Tongxinluo treatment group taking capsules,3 capsules each time,3 times daily;nifedipine sustained-release tablets each 10mg,2 times a day.Control group,each taking nifedipine 10mg,2 times a day.Record daily blood pressure and symptoms,side effects.[Results]The total effective rate was 95.9%,93.8% in the control group,no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）.The two groups before and after treatment with lipid lowering blood pressure range,the difference was significant（P0.05 or 0.01）.[Conclusion]Tongxinluo plus nifedipine retard in the treatment of primary hypertension and lipid lowering blood pressure than the effect of nifedipine alone good.
