中西医结合治疗痰瘀互结型心绞痛30例

Treating 30 Cases of Phlegm and Blood Stasis Mutual Knot Angina in the Integrative Medicine

[目的]观察中西医结合治疗痰瘀互结型心绞痛的临床疗效。[方法]对60例痰瘀互结型心绞痛患者分为两组,A组治疗组进行化痰祛瘀中药汤剂和常规的西医治疗,B组对照组进行常规的西医治疗,于4周后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗痰瘀互结型心绞痛疗效较好。

[Objective]To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot angina clinical curative effect.[Methods]60 cases with phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot angina patients were divided into two groups,A group of treatment group for resolving phlegm stasis and routine medicine quyu treatmentresult of western medicine therapy,group B group conducted regular western medicine therapy,in four weeks after observing curative effect.[Results]The treatment group was better than control group（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment phlegm and blood stasis mutual knot angina curative effect is good.
