[目的]观察来氟米特配合袪邪通络中药治疗类风湿关节炎的临床疗效。[方法]选择病例86例,随机分为治疗组44例和对照组42例。对照组使用来氟米特,治疗组除用来氟米特治疗外加用搜风通络、祛寒除湿中药。6个月后进行临床疗效对比。[结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]中西医结合治疗类风湿关节炎安全、效佳,值得推广。
