摘要
大型构件液压同步提升技术是近年发展起来的一项新颖的建筑施工安装技术。它已经在我国的许多重大工程建设中得到成功的应用。本文介绍了一种计算机实时PID 控制算法—双限幅PID 算法, 试验和实际结果表明: 与一般PID 算法相比, 静态误差更小, 更适合工程实用。
Hydraulic synchrolifting technique for large member is a new architective working and erecting technique developed in recent years, with having been successfully used on many great engineering constructions. This paper introduces a computer real-time PID control algorithm, that is double amplitude-limiting PID algorithm. Tests and actual results show that the algorithm is smaller in static error and more suitable for engineering application with comparing to general PID algorithm.
