摘要
[目的]观察针刺拔罐发泡治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。[方法]将发病部位在腰背、胸腹的带状疱疹患者80例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组40例,在常规针刺的基础上,治疗组加用拔罐发泡疗法,对照组加用电针疗法,观察两组疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率95%高于对照组的60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]应用针刺拔罐发泡治疗带状疱疹疗效好,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To observe the clinical effect of treating herpes zoster by acupuncture cupping foam.[Method]The disease site in the back,chest and abdomen in 80 cases of patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40 patients in each group,on the basis of conventional acupuncture,cupping foam treatment group therapy,the control group were electric acupuncture,observed after treatment.[Results]The total effective rate was 95% higher than 60% of the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.[Conclusion]Cupping acupuncture is effective treatment of herpes zoster foam,no obvious side effects and is worthy of promotion.
