护理人本管理在联合国驻黎巴嫩维和医院的应用

Application of people oriented nursing management at peacekeeping hospital of the United Nations in Lebanon

目的根据联合国驻黎维和医院的护理特点，实施人本化管理，提高护理质量。方法以人本管理理念为指导，采取多种护理管理举措。结果护理人员工作落实率100％，未出现任何护理差错事故，未出现任何安全事故，伤病员满意度为100％，所有护理人员均获联合国秘书长潘基文亲自颁发的和平勋章。结论有效地把人本管理理念用于联合国驻黎维和医院的护理管理中，有利于提升护士综合素质和护理质量。

Objective According to the nursing characteristics of peacekeeping hospital of the United Nations in Lebanon, we applied the people oriented management and improved nursing quality. Methods With the guidance of people oriented management philosophy, we adopted various nursing management measures. Results The fulfillment rate of nursing work was 100%, and no nursing mistake or safety accident occurred. The satisfaction of patients was as high as 100%. All nursing staff obtained the peaceful merit badges awarded by Mr. Ban Ki-moon, the secretary-general of the United Nations. Conclusions Applying the people oriented management to nursing management effectively at peacekeeping hospital of the United Nations in Lebanon can promote the comprehensive quality of nurses and nursing quality.
