摘要
对Zn-Ni合金镀液的Zn-Ni-NH3-Cl--H2O系进行热力学分析,了解镀液中金属离子的物种组成形式以及它们的平衡浓度;讨论镀液成分等因素的变化对电镀结果的影响.与实际结果相对比,两者一致,说明通过理论分析可以初步确定电镀过程的最佳工艺参数范围.
The thermodynamic analysis on Zn-Ni-NH3-CI-H2O system in Zn-Ni alloy electroplating solutionhas been made. The composition of metal ions was given, and the equilibrium concentrations of varioussimple metal ions and complexes in the solution have been calculated. The effect of factors influencingthe electroplating, such as the total concentrations of metal ions and ligands, the range of pH values inthe solution, was discussed. The results showed no difference compared with practical one in theelectroplating process. Therefore, the range of some initial optimum parameters in the electroplatingprocess can be determined by theoretical analysis.
