摘要
本文介绍了传统电热体材料的分类、特点及其用途,着重评述了传统Fe-Cr-Al电热合金如1Cr13A14及0Cr25A15的优、缺点及应用领域.对现有Fe-Cr-Al电热合金所存在的主要缺点及其改进措施进行了分析,同时指出,采用粉末冶金工艺,既可提高高温强度、抗氧化性,又可改善加工性能、降低晶粒长大倾向。此外,还介绍了国内外Fe-Cr-Al合金的研究现状及我国开展此项研究工作的现实意义和潜在效益.最后,分析了Fe-Cr-Al合金的市场前景、经济效益,并指出,用粉末冶金方法制取Fe-Cr-Al电热合金是Fe-Cr-Al合金研究的重点和将来的发展方向.
The classifications, characteristics and applications of conventional electrothermic materials are introduced in this paper. First, the advantage, shortcoming and applied field of the Fe--Cr--Al heating alloys, such as 1Cr13A14 and OCr25A15 alloys, are reviewed emphatically. In addition, the main defectsand its improvement measures of the Fe--Cr--Al alloys now available have been studied, and theresults show that high temperature strength, oxidation--resistance and workability of the Fe-Cr--Alalloys can be improved by adopting powder metallurgy (P/M) technology. Secondly, the status ofdevelopment of the Fe-Cr--Al alloys research fields at home and abroad, practical sighficance andpotential benefit of the Fe-Cr-AI alloys development in our country have been introduced. Finally,the prospects of market and economic returns of the Fe-Cr--Al alloys have been analyzed, and the results show that the Fe--Cr--Al alloys by the P/M method are focal emphasis and developmentorientation in the Fe-Cr-Al alloys research work in the future.
