摘要
研究了高精度直齿圆柱齿轮净形成形的若干相关技术，提出了钢质直齿圆柱齿轮冷精锻约束分流两步成形工艺，并对净形成形中的凹模修正设计方法、模具材料和结构、软化及润滑等实际应用关键技术问题进行了探索，冷精锻２０ Ｃｒ Ｍｎ Ｔｉ钢直齿圆柱齿轮具有较高精度。
The relative technology of accurate spur gear net shape forging are researched.The two step forming technology combined constrained divided flow is presented for cold precision forging the steel spur gears.The key technique in practical application such as updated design method of die cavity,die material and structure softening of blank throughout lubricating consideration are researched.The cold forged 20CrMnTi steel spur gears have higher precision.
