摘要
提出了一种新型的两级分布井式气体渗碳炉的设计系统,该系统采用开、闭环相结合的控制方式,解决了氧探头使用寿命短的问题。并在进行大量实验的基础上,建立了渗碳体系的数学模型,为实施渗碳过程微机控制提供了保证。
This paper proposes a new scheme for designing a dual level distubuted type of microcomputer controlled system of pit type gas carburizing furnace.Both close loop and open loop control is used to solve effectively the problem of short life time of 02 probe.From large amount of experiments,a mathematical model for describing the carburizing process is obtained in this paper.They are the presupposition of realizing microcomputer control.
