摘要
试验研究了用马氏体贝氏体合金球铁代替 G Cr15 钢制作高频焊管机轧辊,介绍了该材质的工艺技术要点。结果表明:合金球铁轧辊较 G Cr15 钢轧辊寿命提高50% 以上,生产成本下降20% ~30% ,具有一定的经济效益。
In this paper,use martensitic bainitic (M B) alloyed ductile iron as substiture for steel GCr15 in manufacture of high frequency welding pipe mill roller has been studied and techology characteristics of this material have been introduced.The results show that the service life of M B ductile iron roller has increased more than 50% as compared with that of steel GCr15 roller,the production cost has reduced by 20%~30%.So this material roller has wide economic value.
