摘要 目的:探讨数字减影血管造影(DSA)技术对脑血管病的诊断价值。方法:对36例脑血管病患者进行DSA检查,观察血管病变及侧支循环建立情况,分析疾病与血管病变的关系。结果:36例中,颅内外血管病变24例,阳性检出率66.7%。术中发现血管病变37处,其中狭窄29处,闭塞7处,动脉瘤1处。术中出现脑血管痉挛1例。结论:DSA是诊断脑血管疾病的重要检查方法;颈内动脉病变在脑梗死、短暂性脑缺血、椎基底动脉供血不足等疾病的发生中起重要作用。 Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of digital subtraction angiography(DSA) for the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods:Thirty-six patients with cerebrovascular diseases were examined by DSA so as to observe the condition of the vasculopathy and the establishment of collateral circulation and analyze the relationship between the diseases and the vasculopathy.Results:Of 36 cases,there were 24 cases of intracranial and extracranial vasculopathy and the positive detected rate was 66.7%.There were 37 vasculopathies(vascular stenosis 29,block 7 and aneurysm 1) and 1 case with complications of cerebral vasospasm occurred during the operation.Conclusion:It is an important examination method of digital subtraction angiography to diagnose the cerebrovascular diseases.Carotid artery lesion plays an important role in the occurrence of cerebral infarction,transient cerebral ischemia and vertebrobasilar artery insufficiency.
