余甘子提取物抗氧化作用研究 被引量:7

On the Antioxidation Effects of the extract of Phyllanthus emblica L

摘要 通过Fenton反应产生羟基自由基,光照核黄素体系产生氧自由基,以分光光度法测定余甘子提取物对羟基自由基、氧自由基的清除作用,以及对羟基自由基诱导脂质氧化的抑制作用。结果余甘子提取物对.OH的最大清除率分别为79.4%、63.2%,对脂质氧化最高抑制率为61.0%,余甘子提取物具有良好的清除自由基和抗氧化作用。 Scavening effects of the extract of Phyllanthus emblica L on active oxygen species ·OH and generated by Fenton reaction and riboflavine photosensitization in vitro were investigated by the means of spectrophotometry.The inhibition effects of the extract on the lipid peroxidation induced by hydroxyl radical were observed by thiobarbit uric acid spectrophotometry.The maxium scavening rate of the extract on ·OH and was 79.4%、63.2%,respectivily,and significantly inhibition of lipid peroxidation by ·OH radical was observed. the extract of Phyllanthus emblica L can scaven oxygen species ·OH and,and antioxide efficiently.
