天然调味品中6种微量元素含量的测定

Natural condiments Determination of Six Trace Elements

用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定7种天然调味品中Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Pb,Cd等6种微量元素,比较分析不同调味品之间微量元素的差异,为人们的饮食调味提供可靠的参数。结果表明,方法快速、简便、准确,对高良姜中各元素进行了回收实验,回收率在96%~108%,RSD平均值在0.27%~4.48%。7种常用天然调味品中微量元素的含量有较大差异。
