急性白血病患者LDH及IL-2的表达及意义

Serum LDH and IL-2 expression and its significance in acute leukemia patients

目的:探讨急性白血病(AL)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)与白细胞介素-2(IL-2)的表达及意义。方法:采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定30例正常(对照组)和50例白血病(白血病组)患者治疗前后血清IL-2的水平,用酶法检测LDH水平,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果:白血病患者治疗前LDH水平高于正常对照组,IL-2水平低于正常对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后缓解时LDH水平低于疗前、IL-2水平高于治疗前,二者差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:LDH和IL-2的测定可作为AL辅助诊断指标,为临床治疗提供实验依据。

Objective：To investigate serum lactate dehydrogenase（LDH） and interleukin-2（IL-2） expression and its significance in acute leukemia（AL）.Methods：The double-antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） was used to measure serum levels of IL-2 and the enzymatic method to detect LDH level in 30 normal subjects（control group） and 50 cases of leukemia（leukemia group） before and after treatment.The results were compared between the two groups.Results：The LDH level before treatment in leukemia group was higher compared with normal control group,while the IL-2 level was lower than that in the control group with significant difference（P0.05）.The LDH level in remission after treatment was lower than that before treatment,while the IL-2 level higher than that before treatment,which showing significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The determination of LDH and IL-2 can be used as assisted indicators of AL diagnosis,which provides the experimental basis for clinical treatment.
