流程管理理论在消毒供应室管理中的应用

Application of process management theory in disinfection supply office

目的：探讨流程管理理论应用于消毒供应室的效果。方法：2008年1-12月将流程管理理论应用于消毒供应室管理中,护理质量管理流程,包括物品回收、清洗、包装、灭菌、下送流程、无菌物品存放流程、供应室护士与临床科室护士协调沟通流程。结果：各种器械包包装合格率由97%上升为100%,下送临床科室无菌包错发率由1%下降为零,护士满意度由90%上升为99%。结论：应用流程管理理论实现了供应室管理科学化、规范化、系统化,适应了临床工作,提高了供应室护理质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of application of the process management theory in the disinfection supply office.Methods：The theory was applied in the management of disinfection supply office from Jan.2008 to Dec.2008.During the investigating,the process of nursing quality management included items recycle,washing,packaging,sterilization,delivering process and depositing process of sterilized items,and coordination between nurses from supply office and clinical departments.Results：The pass rate of equipments packaging was increased from 97% to 100%,the error rate of aseptic packages sending to clinical departments was reduced from 1% to 0%,and nurse degree of satisfaction was increased from 90% to 99%.Conclusion：Application of the process management theory in the disinfection supply office makes the management of the supply office scientific,normalized and systematic.The theory adapts to the clinical work and improves the nursing quality in the disinfection supply office.
