高热惊厥婴幼儿31例的护理体会

Nursing experience on 31 cases of infantile febrile convulsion

目的:探讨高热惊厥患儿的护理特点。方法:对我院1年来儿内科诊治的31例高热惊厥患儿的护理进行总结。结果:31例高热惊厥患儿经快速止惊、保持呼吸道通畅、吸氧、及时降温、加强监护等综合治疗及护理,均转危为安。结论:及时控制惊厥、高热,加强护理是治疗患儿高热惊厥的关键。

Objective：To investigate the nursing experience of children with febrile convulsion.Methods：31 cases of children febrile convulsion in the past 1 year were summarized on nursing care.Results：31 children cases of febrile convulsion all were out of crisis by comprehensive treatment and nursing care such as quickly stopping seizures,keeping the airway patency,oxygen uptaking,timely cooling and intensive care.Conclusion：Timely controlling convulsions and high fever,and strengthening intensive care are the key to treat children with febrile seizures.
