护理本科生对临床实习环境满意度的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of nursing undergraduates' satisfactory on their clinical learning environment

目的:调查我省护理本科实习生对临床实习环境满意度的情况。方法:采用抽样的方法及临床实习环境量表对在我市实习的护理本科生进行临床实习环境的满意度调查。结果:学生对临床实习环境满意度的总均分为(2.5±0.13)分(>2分为满意)。结论:学生对临床实习环境较满意,希望获得尽可能多的学习实践机会和有价值的学习资料。

Objective：To investigate the nursing undergraduates＇ satisfactory on their clinical learning environment（CLE） in our province.Methods：The purposive sampling method was adopted and 30 nursing students were enrolled in the study,then the modified clinical learning environment scale was used to investigate the nursing undergraduates＇ satisfactory on CLE.Results：The mean score of CLE was 2.5±0.13（satisfaction2）.Conclusion：The students are satisfied with CLE,but there is still somewhere to be improved,especially more practical opportunities,more learning materials and qualified clinical teachers with more clinical experiences.
