专利作为衡量技术创新能力和技术水平的重要标志,已被社会所公认,同时,利用专利做为抢占市场的尖兵利器,在激烈的市场中进行跑马圈地,抢占先机,已是国际巨头汽车企业惯常采用的手段。拥有高质量和高数量的专利,是企业在激烈的市场竞争中占有不败之地的有效保障,本文通过对国内外主要汽车企业专利状况的分析,提出通过提高自主创新能力,从而促进专利数量与质量的提升,以掌握具有自主知识产权的核心技术。

As an important slgn of technological innovation ability and technological innovation level,patent has been recognized by the society;At the same time,patent is used to as a pioneer tool to seize the market,develop market and seize the opportunity in the competitive markets,which is adopted usual methods by the giant international automobile industry enterprises.To have the high quality and high number of patents is the effective protection for enterprise to possess the invincible position in the fierce competition of the market.Through the analysis of the status of patents of major domestic and foreign auto companies,this paper proposes that we can improve independent innovation ability to promote the number of patent and high quality of patent in order to master the core technologies with independent intellectual property rights.
