摘要
目的:建立肉制品中硫酸阿托品的测定方法。方法:采用超声波提取工艺,以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法对肉制品中的硫酸阿托品含量进行测定。结果:本法的精密度在3.9%-4.5%之间,回收率在81.3%-88.9%。结论:本法操作较为简便,具有较好的精密度和准确度,适合于肉制品中的硫酸阿托品含量测定。
Objective:To develop a method for the determination of atropine sulfate in meat.Methods: Ultrasonic technique was applied to extract atropine sulfate and HPLC method was used to determine them.Results: The RSD were in the range of 3.9%-4.5% and the recoveries were in the range of 81.3%-88.9%.Conclusion: The developed method is simple,sensitive,accurate,and reliable for the determination of atropine sulfate in meat.
