摘要
目的:对GBZ/T160.22-2004中7.2样品处理方法进行改进,建立方便、准确的滤膜中锡测定方法。方法:将GBZ/T160.22-2004中7.2样品处理方法中浓硫酸和硝酸改用2 ml浓盐酸在电热板上加热(70-90℃)消解滤膜。结果:改进前回收率为47.6%,改进后回收率大于97%。结论:改进后的消解方法回收率高,消解时间短,操作简单。
Objective:To establish a convenient and accurate way of tin determination in filter membrane by improving sample pretreatment part in GBZ/T 160.22-2004.Methods: Digesting filter membrane by heating 2 ml concentrated hydrochloric acid on heat-plate at 70℃~90℃ rather than using concentrated sulphuric acid and nitric acid.Results: The recovery rate before improvement was 47.6%,and after improvement it was more than 97%.Conclusion: The recovery rate of it is much higher than it was before,and it becomes more convenient for time saving on digestion.
