Meta-analysis on clinical significance of D-dimer and high sensitivity C reactive protein in acute myocardial infarction

摘要 目的：通过Meta分析系统评价急性心肌梗死患者检测D-二聚体和超敏C反应蛋白临床意义。方法：计算机检索CNKI（1979-2011.01）、VIP（1989-2011.01）和万方数据库（1997-2011.01）有关文献,采用RevMan 4.2.2.0软件对入选试验进行Meta分析。结果：共6篇研究符合要求,纳入分析。结论：急性心肌梗死患者检测D-二聚体和超敏C反应蛋白对于临床诊断和治疗具有重要的意义。 Objective：To evaluate systematically the clinical significance of D-dimer and high sensitivity C reactive protein in acute myocardial infarction by Meta-analysis.Methods： CNKI database（1979-2011.01）,VIP database（1989-2011.01） and Wanfang database were searched for related literatures by computer,and selected researches were executed Meta-analysis with RevMan 4.2.2.0 software.Results： Have six studies can meet requirements and accept analysis.Conclusion： Important significance of D-dimer and hs-CRP in acute myocardial infarction′s diagnosis with treatment.
