ELISA法检测梅毒抗体反应性强度与TPPA确证阳性、抗体效价的相关性研究

The study of the relationship between the reaction intensity in ELISA and the result,the antibody titer in TPPA in syphilis test

目的:探讨TP-ELISA法筛查反应性强度与TPPA确认阳性及抗体效价间的关系,为方法选用提供参考。方法:以TPPA法对347例TP-ELISA梅毒筛查阳性标本进行确证试验及抗体效价测定,比较两种TP-ELISA试剂S/CO值与确证结果的符合性及抗体效价的关系。结果:284例双试剂阳性标本确证结果为阳性258例,单试剂阳性的63例标本确证结果均为阴性。确认结果为阴性的89例标本中,其S/CO比值均≤6.2,梅毒抗体效价≥1∶1280的标本,其S/CO比值大多≥7.1。结论:ELISA法检测梅毒抗体反应性的强弱与TPPA确认阳性、抗体效价高低密切相关,可根据TP-ELISA筛查反应性强度(S/CO比值)的高低预测确证结果与抗体效价。

Objective：We analyze the relationship between the reaction intensity in ELISA and the result,the antibody titer in TPPA in syphilis test so that it can give some references to others.Methods： The syphilis confirmation test TPPA was carried out and the antibody titer of the 347 samples was analyzed which were all positive in ELISA,the relatonship between S/CO value in ELISA and the result,the antibody titer in TPPA was studied.Results： 258 of the 284 samples were comfirmed to be positive which were all double-side positive in ELISA,while 63 samples were comfirmed to be negetive which were all single-side positive.the S/CO value of all samples which were confirmed to be negetive were all less than or equal to 6.2,while the S/CO value of most those samples whose antibody titer were more than or equal to 1∶ 1280 were more than or equal to 7.1.Conclusion： They have closely relationship between the reaction intensity in ELISA and the result,the antibody titer in TPPA,the reaction intensity in ELISA can give some references to the result,the antibody titer in TPPA in syphilis test.
