目的：了解妇科门诊患者中阴道分泌物的病原体,探讨阴道分泌物BV三项检测在妇科患者诊断阴道病中的临床意义。方法：对11584例妇科门诊的阴道分泌物进行了过氧化氢浓度,唾液酸苷酶;白细胞酯酶、霉菌、滴虫等项目的检测。结果：11584例阴道分泌物BV阳性2474例占21.36%,霉菌阳性1555例占13.42%,滴虫阳性595例占5.14%,BV、霉菌、滴虫阳性标本多数为Ⅲ~Ⅳ度。结论：过氧化氢浓度,唾液酸苷酶,白细胞酯酶等项目结合清洁度、滴虫、霉菌的检测可以互补应用于临床。
