摘要
目的:了解我省食品安全现况,及时提出预警,保护人群的食品安全与健康。方法:连续监测主要食品中化学污染物并分析2年(2008年-2009年)的监测结果,找出化学污染物种类和浓度水平的变化趋势,形成向决策机构及时反馈的信息,为卫生行政部门发布食品安全预警提供技术支持。结果:完善我省初级农产品主要污染物基础数据库。结论:提高了对重大食品污染事件及食源性疾病的预警能力,降低由食品安全问题引发的食源性疾病发生率。
Objective: To know about our food safety problems and come up with the early warning quickly in order to protect people′s health.Methods: By way of continuous monitoring and analysis of the data,we can know the change trends about kands and levels of the contaminants in the primary foods,Meanwhile send them to the decision-making body.Results: We have perfected the basic database of the primary contaminants about the primary agricultural products.Conclusion: Have promoted the capability of the early warning to the important food contamination events,reduce and avoid the morbidity of foodborne illness.
