中国特色新型工业化评价指标体系构建及实证分析

Evaluating Indicator System Construction of and Empirical Study on New Industrialization with Chinese Characteristic

构建科学的中国特色新型工业化评价指标体系对推进中国特色新型工业化具有重要意义。本文根据已有相关研究,按照指标体系构建原则,系统构建了由经济发展、创新环境、技术进步、结构变动、综合效益、资源利用、绿色制造和人力资源8大类、37个指标组成中国特色新型工业化评价指标体系。结合我国现实数据,运用综合指数法对我国新型工业化进程和现状分年度进行综合评价,并进行相应分析,以期对政府有关新型工业化发展的决策提供参考。

The construction of scientific evaluating indicator system of new industrialization with Chinese characteristic is crucial to build new industrialization with Chinese characteristic.Based on related research,and according to indicator system construction principle,this paper constructed an evaluation system which is composed of 8 elements： economic development,innovation environment, technology advancement,structure change,synthetically efficiency,resource utilization,green manufacturing and human resources,which are further divided into 37 indicators.By using the data of our country,the advancement and current level of new industrialization throughout the country is annually evaluated with comprehensive index method.This research provides references for government decision-making on the development of new industrialization.
