摘要
目的:探讨依托咪酯全凭静脉麻醉在体外循环下二尖瓣置换术中的应用效果.方法:比较体外循环下二尖瓣置换术中依托咪酯全凭静脉麻醉和丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉的记录拔上腔(T1)、拔主动脉(T2)、拔主动脉20min后(T3)、手术结束时(T4)硝普钠泵入浓度和患者苏醒时间、ICU停留时间、术中间羟胺率等.结果:依托咪酯组在各个时间硝普钠的泵入速度均高于丙泊酚组,转机后需要使用间羟胺的例数少于丙泊酚组,苏醒时间依托咪酯组长于丙泊酚组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),转机时间与ICU停留时间二组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在体外循环下二尖瓣置换术中使用依托咪酯全凭静脉麻醉,可减少麻醉药物对心肌的抑制,维持麻醉深度,降低手术风险.
