我院35例妊娠合并心脏病临床分析

Clinical analysis of 35 patients pregnancy complicated by heart in our hospital

目的：探讨妊娠合并心脏病心功能对妊娠结局的影响.方法：对我院35例妊娠合并心脏病临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：心功能Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者22例（62.8%）,心功能Ⅲ～Ⅳ级14例（37.2%）,两组患者平均孕周、早产率,围产儿平均体重以及死亡率比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈 0.05）.结论：妊娠合并心脏病患者分娩时间和分娩方式依赖于患者的心功能状态和产科情况;加强妇幼保健工作,早期预防,及时治疗,可降低早产率、提高新生儿存活率.

Objective： To investigate the effect of cardiac function of patients prcgnancy complicated by heart with the pregnancy outcome. Methods： 35 cases of pregnancy complicated by heart were retrospectively analyzed. Results： There were 22 cases of patients with cardiac function grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ , （62.8%）, and 14 cases with grade Ⅲ～Ⅳ （37.2%）, the difference of average gestational age, preterm delivery rate, average weight and perinatal mortality between two groups were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Delivery time and mode of pregnancy complicated hy heart depends on cardiac function, status and obstetric conditions. By strengthening maternal and child health work, early prevention, prompt treatment, rate of preterm birth could be reduced and neonatal survival could he improved.
