摘要
从血脂测定的角度对基质效应作了系统的论述.用3′端特异性引物聚合酶链反应(3′BS-PCR)的分析原理,将慢性乙型肝炎(乙肝)患者血清以及白细胞内的乙肝病毒(HBV)前C区1 896位点突变的突变型及野生型分离,探讨HBV有意义突变中,最常见的1 896位点突变在外周血白细胞内的存在状态,结合临床进一步阐明乙肝的发病机理.
