摘要
目的：探索大规模猪胰岛细胞分离与纯化的动物实验研究,获取高纯度的胰岛细胞的猪胰腺.方法：通过配合11例成猪低温原位灌注,猪胰脾十二指肠切取术,获取成年猪胰腺.结果：热缺血时间0～3min,所获得胰腺外观胰腺,平均重量（90.5±8.3）g,外观完整.结论：成功的猪胰岛细胞分离纯化的实验研究表明充分的术前准备和术中的原位低温灌注,缩短细胞热缺血时间,对提高猪胰岛细胞分离的数量和纯化的浓度至关重要.
Objective：To i tigate how to cooperate with researchers in the experiment for isolation and purification of islet cells from adult pigs. Methods：Through 11 cases low temperature situated infusion and pig panereticoduedenectomy, to obtain lives pig pancreas. Results：The warm ischemia time was 0-3 minutes and the average weight of pig pancreas was 90.5±8.3g. Their appearance were intacted. Conclusion：Sufficient preoperative preparation and the in situ intraoperative low--temperature perfusion, shorten cell wram ischemia time, are crucial for improving the quantity and concentration of lives pig islet cells isolation and purification.
