摘要
目的:探讨NGF对节段性骨缺损愈合的影响.方法:取Wistar大鼠20只,建立右侧胫骨中上段4mm骨缺损模型,随机分A、B组,分别局部使用NGF、生理盐水.术后4W、8W各组分别取5只大鼠,进行大体观察、X线片观察以及组织学观察.结果:大体观察A组骨缺损处见质硬新生物,8W时硬度增加,以软骨组织为主,伴少量成骨组织,B组新生物较小较软,以肉芽组织、纤维组织为主;X线片观察,A组骨缺损处纵向与横向观察模糊程度逐渐增加,B组缺损处清晰;组织学观察,A组见软骨细胞,部分骨小梁形成,B组以纤维肉芽组织为主.
Objective To investigate the effect of NGF on the healing of segmental bone defect. Methods 60 Wistar mice, established the bone defect model 4 mm in the right upper middle tibia, divided into group A,B randomly, group A,B's bone defects use NGF and normal saline respective- ly. Postoperation 4W,8W, took out five rats of each group, taken gross specimens, x--ray of the defect part and histology examination. Result in group A the new tissues increasing in hardness mainly became cartilage and bone tissue, the hardness increase at 8W, in group D, the new tissues were softer, in which granulation tissue and fibrous tissue were mainly seen. Through X- ray observation, group A showed increasing blurring of the bone defect parts vertically and horizontally, group D showed a clear defect, through histology examination, group A showed increased of the bone trabeeuiae maturity, in group D fibrous tissues were mainly seen.
