摘要
目的：探讨小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的临床效果.方法：将在我院行小切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术的200例患者进行回顾性研究,评估治疗效果,总结技术特点.结果：术后1周查视力0.5以上者142眼（71.00%）,0.2～0.4者42眼（21.00%）,0.1及以下者16眼（8.00%）.术中后囊膜破裂1眼（0.50%）,术后早期有18眼（9.00%）出现角膜内皮水肿.结论：小切口白内障摘除加人工晶体植入手术治疗效果确切,并发症少,值得应用.
Objective To investigate the effect of small-- incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens surgery. Method The 200 cases with small--inclslon cataract extraction and intraoeular lens surgery were studied retrospectively. Results There were 142 eyes（71.00 %） with vision acuity above 0.5 level, 42 eyes（21.00%）with vision acuity between 0.2 to 0.4 level and 16 eyes（8.00%）with vision acuity below 0.1 level by detected after 1 week. There were 1 eye（0.50%） with m--peplos rupture in operation and 18 eyes（9, 00%） with corneal endothelium edema after operation. Conclusion The effect of small--incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens surgery is obvious and the side--effect is few, so they are worth being used.
