摘要
目的：探讨利用电切镜治疗前列腺增生症的疗效.方法：40例良性前列腺增生症患者分为两组,治疗组20例采用电切镜疗,对照组20例采用开放手术,比较分析两组手术时间,术中出血量,近期疗效及并发症等情况.结果：治疗组的各项指标均明显小于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：电切镜治疗前列腺增生症效果优于开放手术,切除层次清晰、快捷、精确度高、术后并发症少,安全性好.
The analysis of treating 20 patients with transurethral resection of the prostate Gan Li--Zhi Abstract Objective To explore the use TURP to treat benign prostate hyperplasia disease. Methods 40 patients BPH were divided into two groups 20 patients used TURP, 20 patients used open surgery, comparative analysis of two groups of operation time, bleeding, and complication. Results Treatment group average operative time, bleeding and postoperative bladder douche time, placing a urinary catheter time, the length of time and complication rate obviously less than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TURP therapy hyperplasia of prostate disease effect is better than open surgery, resection distinct level, fast, high precision, less postoperative complications, good safety.
