铝碳酸镁联合伊托必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效观察被引量：1

摘要目的：观察铝碳酸镁联合伊托必利治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效.方法：随机将118例胆汁反流性胃炎患者分为两组,治疗组用伊托必利颗粒50mg,每天3次,餐前30min口服,铝碳酸镁（威地美）1.0g,每天3次,餐后30min嚼服.对照组用伊托必利颗粒50mg,每天3次,餐前30min口服,硫糖铝1.0g,每天3次.疗程4周.观察症状及内窥镜的变化.结果：治疗组总有效率91.7%,对照组总有效率72.4%,有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论：铝碳酸镁联合伊托必利能有效治疗胆汁反流性胃炎.
