常用降压药物的不良反应及预防 被引量：5

摘要 目前临床常用降压药主要有六大类：利尿剂、钙拮抗剂（CCB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制（ACEI）、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）,β受体阻滞剂（BB）、α受体阻滞剂.在选择降压药物时既要重视降血压药的作用机理及合理使用,更要充分认识到其药物的不良反应及临床需要注意的事项,才能真正做到安全有效合理的控制血压水平.
