摘要
目的：探讨联合应用左卡尼汀和尿毒清颗粒在尿毒症维持性血液透析患者的疗效.方法：将尿毒症维持性血液透析患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予左卡尼汀和尿毒清颗粒,比较两组患者的营养指标、贫血指标和血肌酐水平.结果：治疗组的营养指标、贫血指标和血肌酐水平都显著优于对照组.结论：联合应用左卡尼汀和尿毒清颗粒在尿毒症维持性血液透析患者效果好,安全性好.
Objectlve To explore the effect of levocarnitine combine to niaoduqing granula in uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Method Uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into treament group who receiving conventional therapy, levocarnltine and niaoduqing granula, and control group who receiving conventional therapy only, and then compare the nutrition indexs, anaemia indexs and serum creatlnine level between two groups. Result The nutrition indexs, anaemia indexs and serum creatirdne level of treament group was markedly superior than that of control group. Conclusion Levocarnitine combine to nJaoduqing granula are effective and safe in uremia patients with maintenance hemodia]ysis.
