摘要
从接触热阻的基本概念出发,在同心复合圆筒体平面应力的条件下,分析了稳定态线性热传导对接触热阻的影响,建立了总温差与无因次接触压力和无因次接触热阻的关系,并计算分析了复合圆筒体的组成材料、配合程度和表面粗糙程度对无因次接触热阻的影响.所提出的理论分析方法及计算结果。
Thermal effects of the thermal contact resistance were analyzed under the condition of steady linear heat conduction between two concentric cylindrical layers. The relationships between the total tempe rature drop at the interface and the dimensionless contact pressure and the dimensionless thermal contact resistance were developed respectively. It was also shown how the thermal contact resistance is affected by the factors such as the materials, the thermal accommodation coefficient and the surface asperity. The theoretical analytical methods and the obtained results are considerable for the mathematical modeling and numerical simulation of industrial thermal contacts in the similar cases.
