摘要
对稻壳在热载体移动床中的混和干馏规律进行了试验研究,设计一套固体热载体混和干馏实验装置,测定各种工况下的稻壳混和干馏煤气产率、煤气组份与热值。实验表明:选择循环灰温度在700~800℃,稻壳与循环灰量的混和比例为1∶6~1∶10为最佳运行参量。
The pyrolysis of rice husk with solid heat carrier in moving bed was studied. An experimental apparatus was set up for batch simulation of pyrolysis with solid heat carrier. The extensive experimental research was completed on this pryolrsis technology. On the basis of the experimental results, the pyrolysis characteristics of rice husk, and the distribution, composition of the products were analysed. These results will contribute to the conceptual design and operation of the pyrolysis reactor in conjunction with FBBC of a gas heat co generation.
