血浆置换联合血液灌流治疗重症肝炎的临床应用

Clinical application of plasma exchange combined with hemoperfusion in treatment of severe hepatitis

目的:探讨血浆置换联合血液灌流(PE/HP)治疗重症肝炎的疗效及影响因素。方法:系统回顾33例重症肝炎患者,在综合性内科治疗的基础上加用血浆置换(Plasma Exchange,PE)及血液灌流(Hemoperfusion,HP)。观察治疗前后临床症状、生化指标等的变化。结果:33例重症肝炎患者经PE联合HP后,临床症状显著减轻,肝功能明显好转。总有效率100%。结论:PE/HP是抢救严重肝病患者的有效措施之一,治疗效果良好,应尽早使用。

Objective：To study the curative effect and influencing factors of plasma exchange combined with hemoperfusion（PE/HP） in treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods：The clinical curative effects on 33 cases of severe hepatitis treated with PE/HP on the basis of comprehensive internal medicine were systematically reviewed.The changes of clinical symptoms and biochemical indexes were observed before and after treatment.Results：After treatment of PE/HP,33 cases of severe hepatitis were remarkably relieved in clinical symptoms and their liver functions were obviously improved.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：PE/HP is one of effective means for rescuing severe hepatitis with better curative effect,which should be used as early as possible.
