HPLC法测定如意金黄散中姜黄素的含量

Determination of curcumin content in Ruyi Jinhuang Power by RP-HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定如意金黄散中姜黄素含量的方法。方法：色谱柱为Shimadzu VP-ODS柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-9.6%冰醋酸（50：50）,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长为420 nm,柱温为25℃。结果：姜黄素在波长为0.4944~2.4720μg（r=0.9999）内呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为98.84%（RSD=1.76%）。结论：本方法简便、准确。

Objective：To establish a method for determination of curcumin in Ruyi Jinhuang Power by HPLC.Methods：The sample was separated on the Shimadzu C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with methanol-9.6% glacial acetic acid（50：50） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was 420 nm and the column temperature was 25 ℃.Results：Curcumin had the good linear relationship in the range of 0.4944-2.4720 μg（r=0.9999）.The average recovery rate was 98.84%（RSD=1.76%）.Conclusion：The method is simple and accurate.
