Clinical observation on Yupingfeng Capsule for treating hospital-acquired pneumonia in 30 cases

目的:观察玉屏风胶囊治疗医院获得性肺炎(HAP)的临床疗效。方法:将60例HAP患者随机分为两组,治疗组予玉屏风胶囊联合头孢哌酮舒巴坦治疗;对照组单用头孢哌酮舒巴坦,比较两组治疗后症状、各项观察指标的改善情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:玉屏风胶囊治疗HAP有较好疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng Capsule in treatment of hospital-acquired pneumonia.Methods：60 cases of hospital-acquired pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with cefoperazone sulbactam combined Yupingfeng Capsule,while the control group with cefoperazone sulbactam alone.To observe the symptoms,indicators improvement and adverse reactions after treatment.Results：The efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group.Conclusion：Yupingfeng Capsule has better efficacy in treating hospital-acquired pneumonia.
