摘要
目的:探讨孕中期母血清CRP、激活素A、高半胱氨酸、MPO、PMN弹性蛋白酶水平与胎儿宫内发育迟缓(IUGR)的关系。方法:选取孕周为19~24 w的孕妇共69例,其中21例为IUGR组,48例为对照组,CRP、激活素A、高半胱氨酸、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)、中性粒细胞(PMN)弹性蛋白酶的测定采用ELISA法。结果:IUGR组激活素A、高半胱氨酸水平高于对照组(P〈0.05),CRP明显升高(P〈0.01);MPO、PMN、弹性蛋白酶差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论:孕中期妊妇血中MPO、PMN弹性蛋白酶与IUGR无明显关系,激活素A、高半胱氨酸升高,CRP明显升高,因此孕中期检测妊妇血中CRP、激活素A、高半胱氨酸的水平可预示IUGR的发生,为IUGR的早期诊断和治疗提供重要的理论依据。
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum CRP,activin A,homocysteine,MPO,PMN elastase levels with intrauterine growth retardation fetal growth(IUGR) through measuring their serum concentrations in mid-term pregnancy.Methods:69 pregnant women with 19-24 gestational weeks were selected.Among them,21 cases were in IUGR group and 48 cases in the control group.CRP,activin A,homocysteine,MPO,PMN elastase levels were measured by ELISA.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of activin A and homocysteine in IUGR group were higher(P0.05),the CRP level was significantly increased(P0.01).The levels of MPO and PMN elastase had no difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The maternal serum MPO and PMN elastase levels in mid-term pregnancy have no obvious relationship with IUGR.Activin A,homocysteine and CRP aresignificantly increased.Detecting their levels in maternal blood during the second trimester pregnancy could provide the important theoretical evidence for the earlier diagnosis and treatment of IUGR.
