西安市青少年儿童龋病抽样调查分析

Sampling survey on caries disease in children and adolescents in Xi'an city

目的:了解本市青少年儿童人群口腔健康状况,为制定龋病防治规划提供参考依据。方法:在采用分层、整群、随机抽样的方法,抽取西安市4个区9岁、12岁、15岁青少年2 176人。根据WHO制定的《口腔流行病学调查基本方法》进行口腔健康检查,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:青少年儿童龋病患病率为40.07%,龋均为0.99,城市患龋率高于农村(P<0.05),女性患龋率高于男性(P<0.05),9、12、15岁年龄组龋病患病率分别为44.81%、36.14%、38.96%;龋齿充填率低,仅为10.4%,城市高于农村(P<0.01),随年龄组增加,充填率增加(P<0.01)。结论:应加强口腔健康教育,采取切实有效的措施降低儿童青少年的龋患率,提高龋齿的充填率。

Objective：To understand the status of oral health in children and adolescents in Xi＇an to provide reference for formulating prevention and treatment planning of caries disease.Methods：All of the 2176 adolescents aged 9-year-old,12-year-old and 15-year-old were sampled from 4 districts of Xi＇an by layered,cluster and random sampling.The oral health inspection was processed according to the Basic Method of Oral Epidemiology Investigation formulated by WHO and the statistical analysis was processed to the results.Results：The dental caries rate was 40.07% with DMFT of 0.99 in children and adolescents in Xi＇an.The dental caries rate in city was higher than that in countryside（P0.05） and that of females is higher than that of males（P0.05）;the dental caries rate in 9-year-old group,12-year-old group and 15-year-old group were 44.81%,36.14% and 38.96% respectively.The filled tooth rate was 10.4%,which was higher than that in countryside（P0.01） and increased with the age group rising（P0.01）.Conclusion：The oral health education should be strengthened and the practical effective measures should be taken to reduce the dental caries rate of children and adolescents and to improve the filled tooth rate.
