血压正常和血压正常高值者血管硬化对比研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨健康体检人群中正常血压高值者发生血管硬化的几率。方法把220例健康体检人群分为血压正常组和血压高值组,对比两组血管硬化患病率,并对资料进行统计分析。结果血压高值组血管硬化患病率高于血压正常组,差异有统计学意义(40.9%vs.18.2%,P<0.05)。血压高值组臂踝脉搏波传导速度高于血压正常组,差异有统计学意义[(1450±105)cm/s vs.(1180±88)cm/s,P<0.05]。结论血压高值人群尚未发展至高血压阶段时已经开始出现血管的损害,表现为血管顺应性的下降,硬度增加。 Objectives To investigate the probability of the vascular sclerosis in health examination people with high-normal blood pressure.Methods Two hundred and twenty health examination people were divided into normal blood pressure group(n=110) and high-normal blood pressure group(n=110),and the prevalence of the vascular sclerosis in the two groups were compared.The statistical analysis was performed.Results The prevalence of vascular sclerosis was higher in high-normal blood pressure group than that in normal blood pressure group,and the difference had statistic significance(40.9% vs.18.2%,P 0.05).The brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) of normal blood pressure group was lower than that of high-normal blood pressure group,and significant difference was shown between the two groups[(1450±105)cm/s vs.(1180 ± 88)cm/s,P 0.05].Conclusions The vascular damage has appeared even in the people with high-normal blood pressure,showing as the abnormality of the vascular elasticity.
