血小板白细胞聚集体与冠心病的关系 被引量:5

摘要 血小板白细胞聚集体(platelet-leukocyte-aggregetes,PLA)作为急性冠脉综合征和冠状动脉介入治疗后抗血小板治疗的评价指标,逐渐得到认可,被建议作为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)危险分层的监测指标。由既往研究推测PLA极有可能可作为冠心病发生、发展的重要预测指标,指导疾病的诊断和治疗,对疾病本身进行监测。本文对血小板白细胞聚集体与冠心病的关系作一综述。
