提高武警院校创新能力，既是服务武警现代化建设的需要，也是培养高素质现代警官的需要。武警院校必须努力建立知识创新体系、技术创新体系和人才培养创新体系，在提升创新能力上实现新的突破。同时，要从更新发展观念、改革科研管理体制和完善激励机制上保障院校创新能力的提高。

Enhancing the innovation ability of CAPF colleges is not only the need of serving the force, but also the need of modernization construction and the need of fostering high quality armed police. Colleges of CAPF must strive to establish knowledge innovative system, technical innovative system and professionals fostering innovative system and try to make a breakthrough.
