武警院校“本科生导师制”人才培养模式初探

Research on the Tutorial System of Undergraduate and Its Enforcement in CAPF College

摘要 本科生导师制作为本科教育阶段的新型人才培养方式,适应本科生教育的基础性地位,有利于提高本科生的培养质量,有利于挖掘具有科研潜质的人才,是加强军校学员教育管理、提高教育教学质量的有效措施。结合本科生导师制的实质,联系武警部队职能使命的需求,通过对军事院校推行本科生导师制的必要性和现实意义的分析,对本科生导师制进行了探索。 As a mental status of und new type of personnel training methods, tutorial system of undergraduate adapt to fundaergraduate education, help to improve the cultivating quality of undergraduate students, is concuive to mining personnel with scientific research potential talent. It is an effevtive measure to enhance the endcation and management of student in military university, such as to improve the quality of education. Contact with the substance of tutorial system in undergraduate education, referred to the demand of the mission functions of CAPF, through analysis on need for the necessity and realistic significance of implementation of tutorial system in military university, a preliminary exploration of tutiorial system has been discussed.
