摘要
介绍一种改进型的空气泵:盖瑟泵(geyser pump)。由于盖瑟泵容易在垂直管路中形成弹状流,因而能够克服传统空气泵的吸力低、扬程短等不足之处。利用有限元分析软件(ANSYS FLUENT12.0)对盖瑟泵中的两相流进行分析,模拟出Taylor气泡的产生过程,并且通过与传统空气泵在压强与速度方面的对比,表明盖瑟泵性能优于空气泵。有限元分析的结果为盖瑟泵的性能的可靠性提供了一定的理论依据。
One type of improved air-pump(geyser pump) was introduced in this article.Because it is easy to produce slug flow,the geyser pump do not have the weakness such as low suction,low head the traditional air pump have.The two-phase flow of the geyser pump can be checked in this paper to simulate the process of Taylor bubbles by the use of ANSYS which is famous finite element analysis software.Finite element analysis also shows that the geyser pump is better than the traditional air pump by comparison of pressure and speed.Finite element analysis results provide reliability of the performance of the geyser pump in the absence of mature theory of the conditions.
