船用全膜法高纯水处理系统的设计

Design on Integrated Membrane Process of Ultrapure Water Treatment of System for Ship

介绍了船用高纯水处理技术的现状,简要分析了蒸馏式海水淡化装置-离子交换法IX联用制备高纯水技术。提出了超滤UF-两级反渗透SWRO-电去离子EDI三种膜分离技术相结合的全膜法海水淡化高纯水处理工艺。该系统具有出水水质稳定、能耗低、体积小、安全环保和自动化程度高等特点,在船舶上具有良好的应用前景。

This paper mostly introduces ultrapure technology of water treatment at present.Technology of ultrapure water of evaporating seawater desalination combination with ion exchange is analyzed briefly.Seawater and ultrapure water treatment of technics of complete membranes,which is combinated with ultrafiltration,double-pass reverse osmosis system and electrodialysis unit was proposed.The system of treatment has such advantages such as output water quality is stabilizated;energies consumption is low;volumes and occupies is small;safety and environmental protection and high degree of automation and so on.The technic has good application prospect to the ships.
